ONE offers an “all-in-one” banking experience - bringing together saving, spending, sharing, and borrowing all under one simple, easy to use account. We’ve built a modern core banking system, avoiding the splintered mess of backend systems which characterizes most banks.
We set up advanced analytics within the app, enabling ONE’s Marketing team to make informed advertising decisions and craft highly targeted campaigns. Simultaneously, our work empowers the Product team to continually refine and enhance user experiences, ensuring that every interaction is shaped by real, actionable data.
Qubika provided deep React Native expertise, specifically on design, code organization, and performance enhancements, making ONE’s development significantly smoother. The design work ensured that the app's user interface not only looked stunning, but also offered an intuitive, user-friendly experience.
We implemented CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) pipelines, allowing for quicker development cycles from idea to user. This streamlined approach dramatically shortens the time from conception to delivery. At the same time, we ensured product quality by implementing automated tests.
ONE embraced a culture of quality assurance. Qubika operates as ONE’s QA automation team, and we’ve worked to automate testing processes and maintain high-quality standards. This was a crucial step in ensuring consistent and reliable product performance, particularly as we scaled the app to millions of users. We’re using the QA tools, Cypress, Playwright and Detox.
We were responsible for the proof of concept and implementation of the migration of ONE’s web application. We simplified the codebase - this was a strategic move that enabled us to reduce maintenance efforts by nearly 50%. This optimization not only translated into significant cost savings but also freed up valuable resources for further innovation - further enhancing the overall user experience.
