Qubika is an Anthropic Claude Preferred Partner

Qubika is now a Preferred partner in the Claude Partner Network Services Track

This milestone reflects our investment in Claude expertise and the work our teams are doing alongside customers to bring AI into everyday delivery. We have certified 300+ people as Architects across Qubika, building the depth of expertise to help organizations adopt Claude across their whole business. Beyond engineering, we work with operations, finance and other business teams to understand how their processes run, find where AI removes manual work and friction, and redesign those workflows together with the people who own them. On the technical side, we accelerate software delivery and build AI solutions that run in production.

Bringing business judgment into delivery with Qubika’s Forward-Deployed Engineers

Our Forward-Deployed Engineering approach comprises senior, certified practitioners taking end-to-end ownership from discovery to production. Qubika FDEs connect business priorities with technical decisions across data, models, applications, and enterprise systems. They define success with stakeholders and build evaluation, security, governance, and cost controls into delivery. Accountability continues after deployment, as teams monitor performance and improve solutions with user feedback.

Anthropic Claude with Qubika’s customers

The following success stories demonstrate how our approach with Claude is driving significant business impact for our clients.

  • Scaling a shared engineering practice at a US fintech. Qubika engineers worked alongside client teams using a shared Claude Code configuration that connects the codebase, project tracking, documentation, and team communication. Common engineering standards give teams a consistent starting point, while lessons from daily delivery feed back into the shared setup. In the twelve months to September 2026, a period that included the rollout, the engineering organization reported 133% more completed stories and 45% more merged pull requests compared with the previous twelve months.
  • Cutting project delivery by 50% for a gaming company. For a gaming company operating critical systems, Qubika designed and delivered a staged Claude Code adoption program. We helped an initial group configure their projects, create reusable skills for recurring tasks, and learn to give Claude the right context. Training and ongoing support built on the questions developers encountered in their own work. That initial group completed a project previously estimated at six weeks in three. The experience also helped the company assess how to extend adoption to other teams and apply AI to wider business processes.
  • Doubling delivery velocity for a leading consumer platform. Qubika has been using Claude to drive AI-accelerated engineering within our team, using Claude Code, Claude Chat, and the Qubika Agentic Framework (QAF) to increase development velocity. The results included 52% reduced effort and 2.1x faster delivery acceleration. Read more about our work here: How We Doubled Delivery Velocity with Anthropic Claude

Accelerating software delivery with AccelerateAI

We also bring this experience to our clients via AccelerateAI, Qubika’s software execution framework built on Claude Code. It understands a project’s codebase and conventions, turns requirements into structured specifications, and carries work through implementation, testing, validation, and documentation to a pull request ready for engineering review.

AccelerateAI adapts to each repository and involves engineers when requirements or implementation choices need clarification. This gives teams a repeatable way to delegate execution while retaining control over architecture, quality, and approval decisions.

Guiding AI adoption across the organization

Technology alone does not change how a company works. Alongside engineering delivery, we help our clients adopt AI across their business processes, in technical and non-technical teams alike. We start by understanding how each team actually works, where its time goes and which decisions depend on people, and we agree with leadership on what success looks like before the first session.

From there we move step by step. Early groups and internal champions start with the workflows they already own, practice on real tasks, and show their results to the teams that follow. Each stage extends the reach of the previous one, so adoption grows across the organization without leaving anyone behind: the goal is that every role gets broader, not that AI stays concentrated in a few early adopters.

We measure as we go. Activation, meaning the share of licensed users working with Claude each week, recurring automations in daily use, and the hours teams recover are tracked from a baseline and reviewed with leadership. Our teams stay involved in the client’s day to day and revisit the plan quarter by quarter, so each quarter builds on the previous one and AI becomes part of how the organization operates rather than a one-time program.

A milestone built across Qubika

This was a company-wide effort, and we want to thank every team and every person who made it happen: our engineers across our studios, delivery, legal, marketing, and everyone else involved. From earning certifications and supporting customers to documenting results and coordinating the partnership, your work made this milestone possible.
