A new space for well-being and teamwork
The renovation of the sports space at the Buceo office is a key step to continue strengthening our wellness plan and generating opportunities for integration between teams, roles, and disciplines.
We believe this step is essential to continue strengthening our wellness plan, alongside other benefits such as club discounts/gym passes, meal plans, healthy snacks, benefits in therapy support, Qubika interest clubs, and more. The main goal is to continue promoting integration, teamwork, and connection between “Qubikers” beyond the day-to-day of projects.

Wellness at the table too: chefs, fruit, and healthy snacks
The padel court joins other benefits that are already part of our wellness proposal. In the Pocitos and Buceo offices, we have a team of more than four chefs offering a varied menu so that, every day, Qubikers can choose their lunch option within our Qubika team app.
In addition, there is always fruit available and a snack table designed for the whole team: cereal bars, yogurts, plant-based milk, bites, homemade hummus, and many other alternatives that support a healthier routine during the workday.
