Data and AI Conferences to Attend in 2026 and 2027

Qubika’s curated list of the data, AI, and machine learning conferences worth attending across the rest of 2026 and all of 2027. Includes 70 verified events across North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East, plus which events have been renamed or discontinued. Updated quarterly.

List of data and AI conferences in 2026 and 2027

Choosing which conferences to attend is a budget decision, not a calendar decision. Teams building modern data platforms and putting AI into production have limited travel budgets and a crowded market of events competing for them, and most published lists go stale within a quarter.

This is Qubika’s curated list of data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning conferences covering the remainder of 2026 and the full 2027 calendar. It includes 70 events across North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East. Every date has been verified against the organizer’s own site. Events whose 2027 dates have not been announced are listed separately with their annual pattern, and a final section covers the events that have been renamed, merged, or discontinued, which is where most outdated conference lists go wrong.

Last updated September 2026. Reviewed quarterly.

The events below cover:

  •  Modern data platforms, lakehouse architecture, and data engineering
  • Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents in production
  • MLOps, AI infrastructure, and platform engineering
  • Data governance, security, and AI risk management
  • Applied machine learning research
  • Regional data and AI ecosystems in Latin America

Why a curated conference list matters

The event market has grown faster than the ability to evaluate it. Vendor summits, research conferences, regional meetups, and expo style events all compete for the same budget, and they serve very different purposes. A research conference is where you track what will be production ready in two years. A vendor summit is where you resolve a roadmap question with the people who own it. A
n expo is where you compare a shortlist in two days instead of two months.

Conference lists also decay quickly. Dates move, events get renamed after acquisitions, and some disappear entirely. This list is maintained rather than published once, and it flags what changed so you are not planning around an event that no longer exists.

Why participate? The business impact

For teams building data and AI capability, the return on a conference comes from three things.

Roadmap visibility.
Vendor summits are where platform direction gets communicated first. If your data platform decisions depend on what Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or Microsoft ship next, those rooms shorten your planning cycle.

Technical depth for the team.

Research and practitioner conferences give engineering teams direct exposure to methods before they become standard practice. That matters most in areas moving quickly, such as agent architectures, evaluation, and AI infrastructure.

Commercial acceleration.

Concentrated access to peers, partners, and prospective clients compresses months of relationship building into a few days. For most organizations this is the line item that justifies the rest.
